EXCHANGE POLICY

  • It is mandatory to drop us a mail at customersupport@shmoir.com mentioning the requirement and we will revert back within 24 hours’ time.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size as per our availability. It will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready.
  • For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 2 days of delivery.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
  • Customer needs to understand that all products are not eligible for exchange. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for exchange before purchasing.
  • In case the new required size is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
  • Upon receiving the product back in its original condition along with its tag intact, and Quality Check, we shall initiate the exchange as per your request.


REFUND
The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • We will issue your refund or store credit (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days.
