In odd cases when you don’t like your products due to some reasons, here is our policy -

  • In the unfortunate event when you receive damaged item than you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the SKU number within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Eligible products need to be returned within 7 days from the date of receiving the package.
  • Customer needs to understand that all products are not eligible for return. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
  • Shmoir will not be liable for any damage during return shipping.
  • Product should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort however you need to make sure that any smells/stain marks aren’t transferred to the product.
  • Product should be unwashed with its original packaging (price tags, shoe box, dust bags etc.)
  • We arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. You can also to ship your returns to us yourself to "Our Address".
  • If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatch from costumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
  • Only non-discounted products are eligible for return request.
  • Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
  • After performing the Quality check on the product, we would be happy to process your fund in the for of store credit or bank refund. In some cases when returned product couldn’t pass the quality check than we will resend the product back to you.
    If the payment was made in cash then also the refund is made in the form of a bank transfer or store credit.


If you wish to cancel an order, send us an email at customer support email within 24 hours of placing the order. We would appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

  • If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in case of pre-paid order).
  • If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges (in case of pre-paid order).
  • If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by the Shmoir and accept the Shmoir’s decision.
